Hi, Clare has
asked me to give some feedback on the Galaxy 3
sleeper from HYDER , first of all we have never
bought and received an item anywhere so quickly,
congratulations.
The
bed was delivered by TNT parcels on the 26th April
05 at 1.30 pm, 6 items in total, it was in excellent
condition and the packaging was pure quality, it
took me 10 minutes to unpack carefully and 45
minutes to check items, read instructions and build
myself, after completed the build quality is very
good, the only gripe we have is that the mattresses
are quite basic, compared to the standard of the
bed, we would have paid extra if we were offered to
upgrade the mattresses, but not to worry we have
kept the best mattress from our kids old bed, and
will order a 4ft mattress for the bottom, so many
thanks it has been a pleasure, also a big thanks to
Clare for her customer care, all the best from

Bunk Bed, which I purchased from VIP Kids.
It arrived exactly as promised, and we are delighted
with it, my husband and I can't quite believe how
beautifully made the beds are, they are very high
quality and we feel that our children will be very

that I received the Biplane light on Friday evening
8 Sept. just a week after placing Order, which I
think is very good and due to your requesting some
urgency in filling the order. Thank you.
The light fitting is
absolutely lovely, my daughter in law keeps going
into the bedroom which has been got ready for the
arrival of her new baby, to have yet another look.
Everyone who sees it says how marvellous it is.
The light fitting does
not come with light bulbs. The standard fittings of
2 golf balls and 1 candle are ready available. If
anyone would want to light the light in
the "effects" mode, then the silvered gold ball
bulbs are harder to find, the 15w red pygmy bulb is
also ready available. I sourced the crown silvered
25 watt golf balls on the Internet at:
